This design uses a belt plate buckle system that replaces stitching and glue with mechanical connection—faster to build, easier to maintain, and more reliable over time.
The roller buckle mounts to a belt-plate with a keeper inserted on the belt plate, fastened with Chicago screws. No stitching. No failure points. The result is a lower profile with increased comfort and flexibility. Its hinge function allows the buckle to move with the body, making it a very comfortable belt and buckle combination.
Each buckle is produced entirely in‑house from US sourced metals: sterling silver mined and refined in the USA, and pure US copper. Each belt‑plate buckle is made to order in a one‑piece‑flow system, with a single operator guiding every step. The result: uncompromising precision, consistent quality and continuous refinement.
This buckle is designed to fit leatherfrom 5 oz to 15 oz in thickness,. US Made Chicago screws make it easy to swap belts as needed.
Ensure your strap is 1 1/4" 1 3/8" 1 1/2" or 1 15/8" wide so the buckle fits perfectly.
